Prepare for In-Person Court

Mr. Miller will instruct you as to how you will appear for court. You may be advised to appear at the courthouse, in our office, or via telephone using Webex.

For court appearances at the courthouse or in our office:

1. Please contact Mr. Miller at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled hearing to ensure he has any necessary documentation.

2. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appearance unless otherwise directed.

3. While it may be challenging to dress up for court when coming directly from work, please do your best to arrive tidy and “dressed to impress.”
